This honey is truly something unique; harvested from Senqu River Pistachio orchards. It is raw, unprocessed with a light, dark colour and a musky sweetness. Until recently, local pistachios were just a dream – that was until Rina Coetzee and her husband planted the trees on their farm 20 years ago. They are only now seeing the fruits of their labour (and patience!) and boy, was it worth it!
Only available in limited amounts every year, this honey would make the perfect gift for the foodie who has everything!
Good for:
Drizzled over yoghurt, granola, ice cream or stirred into tea, this honey is also delicious to make nougat, marshmallows, tarts or cookies.
