What makes our vanilla bean paste different from other brands? We cram as much vanilla as possible into a bottle, only adding just enough glycerine and glucose to make it easy to work with. One small 30g jar contains the equivalent of 2 vanilla beans. Apart from making the paste non-alcoholic, the glycerine helps to draw as much flavour out of the vanilla bean as possible and has the added benefit of making cakes and cookies extra moist. We add a touch of glucose to sweeten the paste and help suspend the beautiful vanilla seeds and avoid the paste from separating.

Vanilla bean paste is an affordable and easy way to add intense vanilla flavour into cakes, cookies, custards, set desserts and ice cream.
