Product information

Our locally-made white baking chocolate comes in a resealable bag filled with easy-to-use small drops. Simply melt, dip/coat/create and leave to set. No chopping or tempering required! Available in 300g or 2kg bags.


Sugar, Vegetable fat (Sustainable Palm Kernel Oil) (Emulsifiers: E492, E322), Whole Milk Powder (17%), Sunflower lecithin.

Good for:

Dipping, glazes, ganache or use it in any recipes that calls for white chocolate.

How to melt it:

Bring a saucepan with 2cm hot water to the boil then remove from the heat. Place a glass or metal bowl over the steaming water and add the chocolate. Stir until smooth.


Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium heat stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
